Manage your app connections

After you connect your app accounts to Zapier, you can manage these app connections in My apps.

If you’re a member of a Team or Company account, you can share app account connections with your team.

Your Zapier account has a limit of 2,000 app connections.

1. Rename your app connections

If you have multiple accounts for the same app connected to Zapier, you can rename them to easily identify each of them in your account.

  • Go to My apps.
  • Click the app with multiple connected accounts.
  • Click the app account connection to rename. In the three dots icon Nav: more horiz dropdown menu, select Edit connection.
  • In the modal, enter a new name for the account.
  • Click Save.

2. Test your app connections

To test if the connection between an app account and Zapier is still active:

  • Go to My apps.
  • Click the app with the connection.
  • Click the app account. In the three dots icon Nav: more horiz dropdown menu, select Test connection.

3. Disconnect your app accounts

  • Go to My apps.
  • Click the app with the account you want to disconnect.
  • Click the app account. In the three dots icon Nav: more horiz dropdown menu, click Delete.
  • In the modal, click Delete.

4. Reconnect your app accounts

If the connection between an app and Zapier expires, you can reconnect the same account. To reconnect an app account:

  • Go to My Apps.
  • Click the app with the account to reconnect.
  • In the account connection that you want to reconnect, click the three dots iconNav: more horiz dropdown menu, then click Reconnect.
  • A new browser tab or window will open. Follow the instructions to reconnect your app account.

The app account will be reconnected for all Zaps that use it.
