You can export a list of all app connections in your Zapier account as a CSV file. This helps you audit which third-party apps are connected to your organization, identify who owns each connection, and review connection details for security and compliance purposes.

Your IT team needs to review which third-party apps have been connected to personal accounts versus company-managed accounts. They can export the full connection list, filter by a column, like owner email domain, and identify any connections that need to be reviewed or migrated.
Before you begin
-
You must be either:
- The owner of your account in any Zapier plan.
- A super admin in a Team or Enterprise account.
Export app connections
- From the Zapier home page or any Zapier product page, click your profile icon in the top right corner. A dropdown menu will open.
- Select Settings. You will be redirected to the My profile page in your Zapier settings.
- In the left sidebar, click Security and data.
- Scroll down to the Data management section.
- In the Download all app connections field, click the download icon.
