Cancel your Zapier plan

To cancel your Zapier subscription, you must select the Free Zapier plan. There is no separate "Cancel" button.

If you decide to cancel, you will still have access to the features of your current plan until the end of that billing cycle. Zapier subscriptions are non-refundable. Learn more about Zapier's refund policy.

How to cancel your plan

You can cancel your plan at any time.

  1. Visit the Billing and usage page.
  2. Click the Manage button.
  3. Select Zapier's Free plan.

The change will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you'll receive no new charges for the plan, but you may still receive charges for pay-per-task usage from the current billing cycle.

Cancellation FAQ

  • When does my plan change? The downgrade to Free takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, not immediately.
  • Do I keep access until then? Yes. You can use your paid plan features until the end of the billing cycle.
  • Where is the cancel button? Zapier does not have a separate cancel button. To cancel, select the Free plan in Billing settings as described above.

Plans with pay-per-task charges

If you used pay-per-task billing, you may receive charges related to extra tasks after canceling.

  • Monthly billing: You may see charges for extra tasks at the end of the last billing cycle.
  • Annual billing: Pay-per-task billing is charged monthly, so you will see a charge at the end of the last month in which your account used extra tasks.

Add-ons

Canceling your paid Zapier account does not affect existing add-ons. Learn more about canceling a Zapier add-on.

Cancel your Zapier trial

Zapier offers two types of trials:

  • 14-day trial for new users: Does not require a payment method. If you do not enter a card, you will not be billed at the end of the trial, and you do not need to do anything. Your account will automatically move to the Free plan.
  • 7-day re-trial: Requires a payment method. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your account will automatically upgrade to a paid plan and you will be charged.
