Learn how billing and invoicing work across your organization and workspaces. Billing is managed at the organization level and covers all workspaces under a single invoice, while task limits can be set individually per workspace to control usage.

Billing in organizations and workspaces
Your plan will determine your task usage limits and access to add-ons. Organizations, your top-level Zapier account, has full access to your plan’s features and can set optional task limits for each workspace. Workspaces will still have access to the organization’s add-ons.
Task limits
Zap workflows in a workspace with no task limit will keep running after you reach your plan’s task limit. Pay-per-task billing will begin when tasks exceed the plan limit.
Zap workflows in a workspace with a set task limit will keep running until that task limit is reached. Once the task limit is reached, Zap workflows in that workspace will be held. You can replay a Zap run after you upgrade your Zapier plan or wait until your billing cycle resets.
If the sum of your workspace(s) task limits exceeds the organization plan limit, Zapier will charge your organization for overages.
Billing notifications
Zapier will send the following billing notifications:
- A workspace’s task limits reach 75%, 90%, and 100%.
- If pay-per-task billing is on (default):
- When an organization and all workspace task limits reach 100% of your plan’s task limit.
- When an organization and all workspace task limits reach 80% of your plan’s 3x task limit.
- When an organization and all workspace task limits reach 100% of your plan’s 3x task limit.
- If pay-per-task billing is off:
- When an organization and all workspace task limits reach 80% and 100%
Access plan information
To access your plan information:
- In your account settings, go to the Billing and usage page.
- Click the Subscription tab to view your plan settings for included tasks and additional tasks.
Access and manage your invoices
To find your invoices:
- In your account settings, go to the Billing and usage page.
- Click the Billing settings tab.
- Scroll to the Invoice information section to view your organization’s invoice information. - To update your invoice information, click Update info.
- Scroll to the Invoices section to view a table of invoices. - To view a specific invoice, click View details.
