AI by Zapier is a beta feature. It is available for use, but still in active development and may change.

With AI by Zapier, you can use artificial intelligence to ask questions about a web page and get an answer based on its content. Unlike other models, you can use current information and search various websites without limitations on the length of the content.

You can use AI by Zapier to answer questions from websites such as:
  • Knowledge Bases
  • Documentation
  • Blogs
If you want to ask questions about text documents, follow our answer questions from text document tutorial.

After setting up your Answer Questions from Web Pages action, you can add another action step to send your answers to. If you have multiple answers, you can map each answer to a different field, or use the Response Full Answer field to send all answers in a single field.
