In Zapier Forms, you can add components to your pages. Components allow you to add different types of functionalities to a page.

| Checklist | Create to-do lists that visitors can interact with. |
| Divider | A horizontal line to separate and organize content on the page. |
| Embed | Embed content from other websites, such as a YouTube video or a Calendly calendar directly on the page. |
| Form | Collect information and store it in Zapier Tables. Learn more about forms. |
| Kanban | Display records from Zapier Tables as a Kanban board to help track project progress. The table must contain at least one dropdown field. |
| Layout | Organize other components horizontally, into 2 or 3 columns. |
| Link card | Create a collection of links for your visitors, with optional emojis, and display them as cards. |
| Media | Add images up to 10MB, videos from YouTube, Vimeo or Loom, or your business logo to a page. |
| Stripe | Connect your Stripe account to collect payment for products and services through your form project. |
| Table | Display structured information from an existing table that can be searched, filtered, and updated. Learn more about Zapier Tables. You can change the title displayed and decide if visitors can add new records or edit and delete existing ones. |
