Use domain insights to manage who can access your Enterprise account

Domain insights show admins how many individual users have created individual Zapier accounts using a work email address on their verified domains.

Domain insights help team admins:

• Check who has a Zapier account and whether they have verified their email address and enabled two-factor authentication.
• Help account admins consolidate accounts by exporting a list of members using their domain.

You must verify your domain in Zapier.

Review and export all registered users on your domains

Once you verify one or more domains, you can access a list of members that have Zapier accounts.

1. In the left sidebar of your Settings page, under the Admin settings section, select Security and privacy.
2. Under the Security section, click Domain management.
3. Select the verified domain.
4. For each member, the list shows whether they’ve confirmed their email address, enabled multi-factor authentication, joined your account, tasks used in the last month, and the date they created their Zapier account.
5. To download a CSV of this list, click Export members. You’ll be sent an email once your report is finished.

Note

The Members list and the exported CSV do not always include the same users:

• Deactivated accounts: the Members list only includes active Zapier accounts. The export includes every Zapier user with an email address on your domain, including deactivated accounts. If a user is in the export but not in the Members list, their Zapier account is usually deactivated.
• The has_joined_account column: shows whether the user belongs to your Enterprise account at the time you export, in any role. It matches the Team Member column in the Members list. If a user was a member and has since been removed from your account, this column shows FALSE.
• The member count: the number next to Members updates when you apply a filter. If a filtered list shows Members (0), no users match that filter. It does not mean your domain has no members.

Limitations

• Only owners and admins with one or more verified domains can use this feature.
• Domain insights are not available on Team plans.
