Zapier’s Help Center has articles explaining how Zapier works, providing information about the apps you use on Zapier, and offering solutions for common issues you may run into.
Zapier Community
Zapier’s global user Community allows you to connect with other Zapier users for additional workflow ideas and app recommendations.
Zapier Virtual Assistant
The Zapier Virtual Assistant is an automated bot that shares resources and information with you about Zapier. To use it, click the Get help button at the bottom of any page of the Help Center.
Support Services
Zapier's Support Services offer a designated technical support contact that stays in touch through regular check ins to help solve issues and find new ways to automate your work.
Zapier Support
You can reach out to Zapier Support via the contact form. This lets the support team access technical information in your account to troubleshoot your problem. You’ll receive an email response from a support team member regarding your issue. The level of support available depends on the plan type.
Accounts on Teams and Enterprise plans can chat with Support live within Zapier. Accounts on the Pro plan with a task limit of 2000+ have access to live chat as well.
