Get started with your free Zapier trial

A Zapier trial lets you try out paid plan features to find the right fit for your business. There are two types of trials: Pro and Team.

When you create a new Zapier account, you're automatically enrolled in a 14-day free trial. No payment method is required, and your account will not auto-upgrade when the trial ends.

Zapier Pro trial

When you create a new Zapier account, you're automatically enrolled in the Pro 14-day trial, so you can try the features of Zapier's individual plans, including:

Limitations of the Pro trial

Some of the Zapier Pro plan's features are not available or have a different limit during the trial period.

Feature Limit
Task limit 1,000
Number of steps on Zap that will run 30 (further steps will not run)
Autoreplay Not available
Pay-per-task billing Not available

Extend your trial

If your initial 14-day trial has ended and you need more time, you have two options:

  • Pro trials: Extend directly from your Zapier account.
  • Team trials: Contact Zapier support to request an extension.

When you're ready, you can upgrade your Zapier account to a paid plan.

If your trial ends

When your initial 14-day new-user trial ends, your account will downgrade to the Free plan. You'll need to upgrade to continue using premium features.

If you started an additional self-serve trial from the Free plan, your account will automatically upgrade to a paid plan when the trial ends. You can change your trial settings on the Billing and Usage page before the trial expires.

If you have a Team trial and did not opt out of the auto-upgrade, your account will automatically upgrade to a paid Team plan.
