Action required for LeadConnector users with API key connections

LeadConnector is deprecating API key authentication and upgrading to OAuth on Zapier. If you have active LeadConnector app connections on version 3.0.4, you must reconnect before November 9, 2026. If your connections are not reconnected before then, your Zaps will be deactivated until you re-authenticate.

Replace your credential

  1. Go to the App Connections page.
  2. Filter for LeadConnector connections.
  3. Find any connections labeled version 3.0.4.
  4. Next to the connection, click the menu icon, then select Replace Credential.
  5. A pop-up window will appear. Follow the instructions to reconnect your LeadConnector account using the new OAuth authentication flow.
  6. Repeat for each version 3.0.4 connection.

Once you replace a connection, all Zaps using that connection are automatically updated. You do not need to edit any individual Zaps.

Note

You only need to replace connections on version 3.0.4 of LeadConnector.

Common questions

Do I need to update each Zap individually?

No. Replacing a connection updates all Zaps that use it in one step. After reconnecting, monitor your Zaps in the following days to confirm they work as expected.

What if I do not replace my connection in time?

If you do not replace your connection before November 9, your Zaps will be deactivated. You can still replace the connection after November 9 to restore them.
