If you manage a Team or Enterprise account, you can export a CSV file showing how many tasks each member has used in the current billing cycle. This helps you audit usage across your account and identify which members are driving the most automation activity.

Before you begin
You must be an Admin, Super Admin, or Owner of a Team or Enterprise account to export member task usage data.
Export member task usage data
- Go to your member settings.
- In the upper right, click Download member data.
- Click Save when prompted to download the CSV file to your computer.
What the file contains
The exported CSV file includes the following information for the current billing cycle:
- Email address
- Full name
- Role
- Number of tasks
- Number of Zaps
- Number of app connections
- Last login date
Limitations
- The export only reflects usage for the current billing cycle. Data from previous billing cycles is not included.
- Only Admins, Super Admins, and Owners can export this data. Regular members do not have access.
