Vapi and Zapier connect to automate voice AI workflows. You can trigger actions when calls start or end and create outbound phone calls with AI assistants.
Prerequisites
To use the Vapi app on Zapier, you must have:
- An active Vapi account.
- At least one voice agent created in your Vapi dashboard.
Connect Vapi to Zapier
To create an app connection to Vapi on Zapier:
- Go to the Apps page.
- Click + Add connection.
- A new dialog box will appear. Search for and select Vapi.
- Click Add connection.
- A Connect an Account page will open in a browser tab or window.
- In the API Key field, enter your Vapi API key.
- Click Yes, Continue to Vapi.
Your Vapi account is now successfully connected to Zapier.
