Manage your workspaces

Discover how to manage your Zapier workspaces. Rename workspaces and adjust workspace task limits to keep your account organized.

Prerequisites

To manage your workspaces, you must be in your organization account:

  1. Click your avatar in the top right menu.
  2. Select the account with the label "Organization".

Change the name of a workspace

In your organization account:

  1. Go to the Admin Center's Workspaces page.
  2. Select the workspace you want ot edit. You will be redirected to a new page.
  3. In the top right, click the settings icon . A dropdown menu will open.
  4. Click Edit workspace. A dialog box will open.
  5. In the Workspace name field,, enter a new name.
  6. Click Save.

Change the workspace task limit

In your organization account:

  1. Go to the Admin Center's Workspaces page.
  2. Select the workspace you want ot edit. You will be redirected to a new page.
  3. In the top right, click the settings icon . A dropdown menu will open.
  4. Click Edit workspace. A dialog box will open.
  5. Click the Workspace task limits field to open the dropdown menu.
  6. Select a task limit setting: - No task limit: Zap workflows in this workspace will keep running after you reach your plan's task limit. Pay-per-task billing will begin when tasks exceed the plan limit.
    • Click Create.
    • Set task limit: Zap workflows in this workspace will be held once your workspace reaches the task limit that you set.
    • In the Task limit field, enter a number (up to your organization's total task limit).
    • Click Create.
    • Click Yes, set task limit to confirm.
Note

Setting a task limit to 0 effectively disables a workspace.
