1. Set up managed users
Only form projects with managed users have a login page. When you set your form project to allow managed users, the login page will be automatically created for you.
2. Add components to the login page
The login page works similarly to other form project pages. You can add components to it, and style it using the layout component.

3. Style your login page
Once you've set up your login page, you can customize the theme and styling of your pages. These changes also affect your login page.
Login pages cannot display form project navigation.
