To support improvements in performance, Zapier is updating several apps to the latest Zapier Platform version. As part of this migration, certain low-usage app triggers and actions are being deprecated.
- Affected users will receive an email listing any impacted triggers or actions they currently use.
- These deprecated triggers and actions will continue to function until December 15, 2024. After this date, they will stop working in Zaps and may cause errors.
What does this mean for you?
If you have any Zaps that rely on deprecated triggers or actions, you’ll need to update them before the depreciation date to ensure uninterrupted functionality.

- Go to My Apps.
- From there, you can filter by apps to identify which Zaps need updating.
What if there isn’t an alternative trigger or action?
If the latest app update doesn’t include a suitable trigger or action, workarounds such as webhooks, Custom Actions, or API Request actions are available.
