App update: Asana, Amazon Lambda, Amazon S3, Eventbrite, Facebook Leads, and many more

Note

This information was accurate at the time of publication. Please check out the latest product update notes for any updates or changes.

Asana

  • When using the Create Task action, corrected an issue with displaying code blocks when using HTML tags.
  • We fixed an issue where Zap workflows using the Find User action could not continue if a user was not found.
  • We corrected an issue where using more than one URL in the description caused an error when using the Create Task or Find Task actions.
  • Fixed an issue where, using the Update Task, setting the “Due at (date & time)” input field to 0 was setting it to today’s date instead of clearing this field as expected

Amazon Lambda

When using the Region field, it now returns all available regions in the expected format.

Amazon S3

We’ve added support for all available regions. The dropdown menu now lists the name and the code for each region, instead of only the code.

Eventbrite

We’ve fixed a bug that caused Zap workflows to trigger multiple times for the same activity. This has now been addressed, so your Zap workflows can run consistently going forward.

Facebook Lead Ads

We’ve fixed a bug that caused values to be missing for incoming fields when using the New Lead trigger. This has now been resolved, so all new leads will include all information.

Gitlab

We’ve added 4 new triggers to the Gitlab app:

  • New Issue Comment
  • New Code Snippet Comment
  • New Commit Comment
  • New Merge Request Comment

Lastly, we’ve been able to address a bug that was preventing users from turning on their Zap workflows by causing projects that users did not have proper access to not show up correctly in the Projects dropdown field. This has now been fixed, so only projects you have access to will appear.

Google Ads

The New Lead Form Entry trigger was running into a bug where not all new entries were being triggered. This has now been updated, so this trigger runs consistently and doesn’t miss any new entries.

Google BigQuery

We’ve fixed a bug with the Update Row action that was running into mismatch errors when using numeric values in the Invoice Amount field, despite the number value being correctly formatted. This has now been resolved.

Google Business Profile

There was a bug in which users saw the error “Quota exceeded” when using the New Review trigger. If you update to the latest app version of Google Business Profile, this error will be resolved.

Marketo

We’ve fixed a bug with the New Form Submission trigger. Previously, not all forms were displayed in the Form dropdown menu. This has now been resolved.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

We’ve added 5 new actions:

  • Create Opportunity
  • Update Opportunity
  • Create Custom Entity
  • Update Custom Entity
  • Find Custom Entity

We’ve added lots of new functionality for existing triggers and actions:

  • On all “Account” actions, you can now update multi-select fields from Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. These fields will be available in your Zap workflows.
  • On all “Update” triggers, you can now select the option to choose which field the trigger runs on. Giving you more precision when your Zap runs.
  • For all “Find” searches, you now have the State Code field, which allows you to refine your searches.
  • We’ve added the Owner field to Create Campaign Response and Update Campaign Resource action.

Microsoft Outlook

We’ve made improvements to the Microsoft Outlook app:

  • The Create Event action now includes these fields:
    • Location
    • Attendees
    • Sensitivity (e.g. normal, personal, private, confidential)
  • We’ve added the Reply To field to the Send Email and Create Draft Email actions.
  • We’ve fixed a bug in which the Calendar Event Start trigger did not trigger Zap workflows if the event was recurring. This trigger now runs for all event types, including recurring events.

OpenAI (GPT4, DALL-E, Whisper)

We’ve updated the Create Transcription action to include file validation to inform you if you’ve mapped a file type that is supported.

Salesforce

We’ve made improvements to the Salesforce app:

  • We’ve added the Convert Lead to Contact action.
  • We’ve added the option to specify how records are searched for in the Find Record by Query action. You can now sort the order and also select the number of results you would like returned.

Shopify

We’ve lots of new improvements to the Shopify app. We’ve added 5 new actions:

  • Add Tag to Customer
  • Remove Tag from Customer
  • Create Fulfilment
  • Find Products by Title (Line Item Support)
  • Find Products Variants by Title (Line Item Support)

We’ve also improved these features:

  • When using the Product dropdown field, this lists all products, not just the first 200 products.
  • We’ve added an optional field called Blog Entry Status to the New Blog Entry trigger. This allows you to specify whether you want your Zap workflows to run when a blog entry is published or hidden.

Stripe

We’ve improved how you can test your Stripe triggers and actions by adding support for Stripe’s test mode. This allows you to use sandbox data when testing in your Zap workflows. Learn more about using this feature in our how to get started with Stripedocumentation.

Xero

We’ve updated the New Payment trigger. Previously it would only trigger for payments newly reconciled within 7 days, now it’s expanded to trigger payments made in the past 35 days.

We’ve addressed a bug affecting these 3 actions:

  • Create Bill
  • Create Credit Note
  • Create Purchase Order

Previously line item data was not working as expected. We’ve now fixed this issue for all 3 actions, so line item data can correctly be sent to Xero without any issue.

Zoom

We’ve added new functionality to Zoom’s triggers:

  • Both the New Webinar Registrants and New Meeting Registrants triggers include information about the webinar or meeting. This makes it easier for you to test and set up Zap workflows.
  • For Zoom admins and owners, the New Recording and New Meeting trigger has a new option. This allows you to trigger all recordings, webinars, and meetings made on your entire Zoom account—not just ones you’ve created.
