New Enterprise Plan
On April 2, 2024, Zapier will be introducing a new Enterprise plan, in lieu of the Company plan, that will empower business and operations teams to automate without compromising on the guardrails that IT teams need. This includes product updates, a re-designed pricing model, and more.
We’ve heard from our largest customers that the expansion of Zapier’s automation capabilities across broader use cases and teams introduces complex security considerations, and we’ve created this plan to address concerns.
The Enterprise plan will introduce features such as a new Analytics dashboard, Zap runs API, deployment and troubleshooting tools, version comparisons, approval request, and alerts. Admins will also gain enhanced control with features like domain capture and app/action restrictions that make it easier to facilitate a confident and secure organization-wide deployment of Zapier.
Along with this new plan comes a transparent pricing model that reflects our commitment to providing value and predictability to customers. Learn more about the new Enterprise plan.

Upgrading the Starter Plan
We also want to make sure that all of our paid plan users are getting the full power of Zapier. As a result, on April 2, 2024 we’ll be upgrading the Starter plan. Current Starter plan users will be upgraded to the Professional plan and receive Professional features at no additional cost—this includes features such as unlimited access to premium apps, a 2-minute polling time for your Zaps, conditional paths with Zaps, access to advanced Zap settings, and more. As of April 2, 2024, the Starter plan will no longer be offered and the Professional plan will be our lowest-cost plan. Learn more about these changes.
