How to get started with Google Business Profile on Zapier

Google Business Profile and Zapier connect to automate your work. You can trigger actions when new reviews are added and create replies or posts.

Prerequisites

To use the Google Business Profile app on Zapier, you must have:

A Google account.
A verified Google Business Profile that has been active for 60+ days (this can be your own business or one you manage).
Owner or Manager permissions on the Google Business Profile you want to connect.
A website listed on your Google Business Profile.
Google's Advanced Protection Program must be disabled on your Google Account (if enabled).

To create an app connection to Google Business Profile on Zapier:

Go to the Apps page.
Click + Add connection.
A new dialog box will appear. Search for and select Google Business Profile.
Click Add connection.
A new browser tab or window will open.
Log into Google Business Profile to authenticate.
Grant Zapier permission to access your account if prompted to.

Your Google Business Profile account is now successfully connected to Zapier.

Create Reply - Creates a reply for a specified review or updates the reply if one already exists.
Create Post - Creates a post for a specified location.
API Request (Beta) - Makes a raw HTTP request that includes this integration's authentication.

API rate limits of 300 requests per minute (QPM) apply to all Google Business Profile APIs - if you exceed these limits, you'll receive a 429 error.
There is a strict limit of 10 edits per minute per Google Business Profile location, and this limit cannot be increased.
