The permissions you need depend on which version of Zapier's Facebook Lead Ads app you use.
If you are using the current Facebook Lead Ads integration on Zapier
You’ll need to have the following permissions for each page you'd like to use with a Zap:
- Manage Pages.
- Manage Ad Account.
- Leads Access - if Lead Access is customized, make sure to give CRM Access to Zapier.
You may need to contact the page owner or Business Manager admin to request those permissions.
Once you have the correct permissions, you can connect Facebook Lead Ads to Zapier.
If you are using Facebook Lead Ads (for Business Admins) integration on Zapier
You’ll need to have the following permissions:
- The page that you’re connecting to must be part of a Business Manager account.
- You must be an admin or manager of the Facebook Business Manager account you’re connecting.
- You need Admin or Manager permissions for the page and ad account you are trying to connect.

If you’ve updated to a Meta work account, you’ll need to reconnect to any previously connected Meta accounts in your Zapier account. Learn more about how to reconnect your account and prevent disruption to your Zaps.
