Prerequisites
To use the Kajabi app on Zapier, you must have:
- An active Kajabi account (any paid plan - Kickstarter, Basic, Growth, or Pro).
- At least one purchase, form submission, or completed assessment on your Kajabi site (depending on the specific Zapier connection you want to create).
- A paid Zapier account, as Kajabi is a premium app on Zapier.

To find your API Key and secret, refer to Kajabi’s instructions.
Connect to Kajabi on Zapier
To create an app connection to Kajabi on Zapier:
- Go to the Apps page.
- Click + Add connection.
- A new dialog box will appear. Search for and select Kajabi.
- Click Add connection.
- A Connect an Account page will open in a browser tab or window.
- Complete the following fields:
- API Key: Enter your Kajabi API Key.
- API Secret: Enter your Kajabi API Secret.
- Click Yes, Continue to Kajabi.
Your Kajabi account is now successfully connected to Zapier.

Limitations
This integration is exclusively for New Kajabi. It is not compatible with Kajabi Next.
