ClickFunnels and Zapier connect to automate your sales funnels. You can trigger actions when contacts are identified or orders are paid and create or update contacts and apply tags.
Prerequisites
To use the ClickFunnels app on Zapier, you must have:
- An active ClickFunnels account.
To use ClickFunnels' Webhooks with Webhooks by Zapier, you must have:
- ClickFunnels Scale plan or higher to access Webhooks/Full API Access feature.
- A paid Zapier account. Webhooks by Zapier is a premium app on Zapier.
Connect ClickFunnels to Zapier
To create an app connection to ClickFunnels on Zapier:
- Go to the Apps page.
- Click + Add connection.
- A new dialog box will appear. Search for and select ClickFunnels.
- Click Add connection.
- A new browser tab or window will open.
- Log into ClickFunnels to authenticate.
- Grant Zapier permission to access your account if prompted to.
Your ClickFunnels account is now successfully connected to Zapier.

- Scheduled Appointment Event Created (Instant) - Triggers when a scheduled appointment event is created.
- Course Enrollment Created for Contact (Instant) - Triggers when a Contact is Enrolled in a Course.
- Contact Submitted Form (Instant) - Triggers each time a contact submits a form. This can be a simple opt-in form or an order form.
- One-Time Order Paid (Instant) - Triggers when a customer pays a one-time order.

Searches
- Update or Create Contact (By Email Address) - Finds and updates an existing Contact or Creates one by email address. For existing Contacts, it only updates present fields that have non-empty values so you won't empty existing data.
- Search Contacts by Email or ID - Search for contacts using the Contact's ID or email address without creating a new contact if it doesn't exist yet.

- Create Opportunity - Creates a new opportunity for a contact
- Remove Tag From Contact - Removes a specific tag from a contact if it exists on the contact.
- Apply Tag to Contact - Applies a tag to a contact if it does not exist
- Enroll a Contact Into a Course - Creates an Enrollment for a Contact for particular a Course

Limitations
- Separate workspaces require individual app connections. Each ClickFunnels workspace must be connected to Zapier separately.
