If your Zap uses a polling trigger or the Schedule or Delay apps, you can change when some or all of your Zap runs.
Polling triggers
Polling triggers look for new information from your trigger app once every 1 to 15 minutes. The polling time for your Zaps varies based on your subscription plan.
Instant triggers run as soon as new information is created in your trigger app. You cannot change this.

If you're on a Pro, Team, or Enterprise plan on Zapier, you can change how often your polling trigger looks for new data.
- Open your Zap in the Zap editor.
- In the right sidebar, click the advanced settings icon .
- Click the Polling interval dropdown menu to expand it, then select a new interval for this Zap.

Manually poll for new data
In the Zap editor, you can manually look for new data outside of your regular polling interval. When you view your published Zap, you can click Run in the top right to poll for new data.
Change when your Zap runs using built-in tools
If you want your Zap to run:
- At a specific time, you can set up a scheduled trigger.
