Gradium and Zapier connect so you can turn text into speech audio and create cloned voices from audio samples as part of your workflows.
Prerequisites
To use the Gradium app on Zapier, you must have:
- A Gradium account with API access.
- An API key for your Gradium account.
- Your account must use either the United States or Europe regional API, because Gradium uses separate regional API hosts.
Find your Gradium API key
Open API keys in the Gradium dashboard to create or copy an API key. Keys start with gd_.
Connect Gradium to Zapier
To create an app connection to Gradium on Zapier:
- Go to the Apps page.
- Click + Add connection.
- A new dialog box will appear. Search for and select Gradium.
- Click Add connection.
- A Connect an Account page will open in a browser tab or window.
- Complete the following fields:
- API key: Enter your Gradium API key (starts with
gd_). - Region: Select United States or Europe to match your Gradium account region. - Click Yes, Continue to Gradium (or the button shown to finish the connection).
Your Gradium account is now successfully connected to Zapier.

Limitations
- Text to Speech supports pause tags such as
in the text field. Optional model name (advanced) values are covered in Gradium’s text-to-speech guide. - Create Voice expects a short audio sample (about 10 seconds) in WAV, PCM, or Opus format to clone the voice.
