How to get started with Databricks on Zapier

Databricks and Zapier connect to automate data workflows. You can trigger jobs, query SQL warehouses, and ask Genie AI questions to get insights.

Prerequisites

To use the Databricks app on Zapier, you must have:

Connect Databricks to Zapier

To create an app connection to Databricks on Zapier:

  • Go to the Apps page.
  • Click + Add connection.
  • A new dialog box will appear. Search for and select Databricks.
  • Click Add connection.
  • A Connect an Account page will open in a browser tab or window.
  • Complete the following fields:
    • Client ID: Enter your Client ID provided by your Databricks administrator..
    • Client Secret: Enter your Client Secret provided by your Databricks administrator..
    • Workspace URL: Enter your Databricks workspace URL (e.g., https://dbc-a1b2345c-d6e7.cloud.databricks.com).
    • Personal Access Token: Enter your Databricks personal access token.
  • Click Yes, Continue to Databricks.

Your Databricks account is now successfully connected to Zapier.
