Use a static IP address to connect to Zapier

A static Internet Protocol (IP) address provides a consistent IP address that all of your Zapier traffic is guaranteed to come from. It's useful if you have a server with a firewall or that only receives connections from specific IP addresses, like an allowlist.

This article covers which apps support static IP and what IP addresses to add to your allowlist.

Apps that support static IP

Static IP is enabled for:

Some database apps have separate connection instructions: PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL Server (MSSQL).

Note

Static IP is not available for Webhooks by Zapier. If you need a static IP for custom API requests, consider building a private integration through the Zapier Developer Platform.

Add IP addresses to allowlist

You can add these IP addresses to your allowlist if you are using one of the listed public apps above or have static IP enabled for a private app.

  • 44.214.195.64/28 (us-east-1)
  • 18.246.81.208/28 (us-west-2)

/28 is the Classless Inter-Domain Routing (CIDR) block, representing 16 IP addresses. If you cannot enter a CIDR block, you must manually add each IP address within the us-east-1 and us-west-2 range.

  • 44.214.195.64 to 44.214.195.79 (us-east-1)
  • 18.246.81.208 to 18.246.81.223 (us-west-2)
Note

If you are on the Zapier Free plan and add the IP addresses listed above, your traffic will not be routed through a static IP.

Request static IP for other apps

Static IP is not yet available for all public apps. To request support for a public app, contact our Support team.

For private apps, you can enable this feature by contacting our Support team.
