  • Yelp: You must have a claimed business on Yelp. If you don’t have a Yelp for Business Account yet, you can get started at business.yelp.com.
  • Zapier: Available to users on any Zapier plan.

Activation

The offer will activate automatically when you run your first workflow using Yelp Leads.

What happens if I change my Zapier plan during the limited-time offer?

The free tasks will still apply to any Yelp Leads usage. All other tasks and features will follow the limits of your new plan.

What happens to my Zaps after the promotion end date?

The limited-time offer ends on March 19, 2026. From March 20, 2026, your Zaps will continue to run, and any usage will be counted toward your plan’s task limits and billing. 

Do I need to activate anything to start receiving free tasks?

No. Once you build a Zap using Yelp Leads and publish it, your free tasks will apply automatically for that step.

Can I track my free task usage?

Yes, you can track how many free tasks you’ve used on the Billing and Usage page. Yelp Leads free tasks are listed separately from your plan task usage.

Phone numbers attached to Yelp leads are masked, so you must register the phone number(s) you use to outbound dial Yelp phone leads so Yelp can add them to your businesses' allowlist. This security measure ensures that all communications sent to customers via Yelp originate from a verified number associated with your business. You can provide your phone number(s) to your Yelp account representative or by filling out this form.

What types of Yelp leads can I connect to my apps through Zapier?

Currently, Zapier can only retrieve messaging leads from Yelp’s Request a Quote feature. Ensure that Request a Quote is enabled on Yelp
