Organize your agents in pods

This product is in open beta. It’s available for use but still in active development and may change.

In Zapier Agents, you can put agents with similar workflows or tasks in the same pod to make it easier to review their activity. Pods are spaces where you can group your agents.

Create a new pod

  1. Visit agents.zapier.com.
  2. From the left sidebar, click the + sign on the Pods section. A dialog box will open.
  3. Enter a name for the pod in the text field.
  4. Click Create pod.
  5. Select the checkbox beside the name of the agent you want to add to that pod.
  6. Click Add agents to pod.
    • Click Skip if you do not want to add any agents.
Note

Agents can belong to multiple pods.

Add an existing agent to a pod

  1. Visit agents.zapier.com.
  2. Find the agent you want to add to a pod and click the three dot icon .
  3. Click + Add to pod. A dialog box will open.
  4. Select the pod from the dropdown menu.
  5. Click Add.

Remove a pod

  1. Visit agents.zapier.com.
  2. From the left sidebar, click the name of your pod.
  3. Click the three dot icon .
  4. Click Delete pod. A dialog box will open.
  5. Click Delete pod to confirm.

Deleting a pod does not affect the agents within it or their activity. The agents in the pod remain available in your account and you can add them to other pods at any time.
