Use the agent's default tools

Your agents have tools that do not depend on external apps. These default tools are added to all agents, so you can ask the agent to visit a website or perform a web search without any further setup.

Visit site

This tool enables the agent to visit a specified URL and retrieve information from it.

Note

The agent cannot log in to websites. It can only visit publicly available pages.

Web search

The agent can perform a web search for a given term and retrieve the results it found. 

Using default tools

To use a default tool, reference it in your agent's instructions field.
