Export or download table data

With Zapier Tables, you can export or download your table data to use it in other apps or to store as a backup outside of Zapier.

Send data to other apps

You can send data regularly from a table to any other app using a Zap. To export data from Zapier Tables to other apps:

  1. On the Tables home, select your table from the list.
  2. In the toolbar, click Automations.
  3. Click New automation. A dialog box will open. Click Configure your automation.
  4. A new browser window or tab will open with a new Zap. You can then ask Zapier Copilot for help setting up your trigger and actions.

Download data as a CSV file

You can download your table data as a CSV file for offline use or backup:

  1. On the Tables home, click your table's name.
  2. Click the menu icon in the bottom toolbar and select Download.
  3. The CSV file containing your table's content will be downloaded to your computer.

The download will contain all currently displayed records and fields, but it will not include hidden fields or filtered records.

Note
  • Depending on the size of your table, it may take a few seconds for the download to complete.
  • Data downloads are limited to 50MB.
