Export or download table data

With Zapier Tables, you can export or download your table data to use it in other apps or to store as a backup outside of Zapier. 

 

Export data to other apps

You can send data regularly from a table to any other app using a Zap. To export data from Zapier Tables to other apps:

  1. On the Tables home, select your table from the list.
  2. At the bottom of the table, click Export. A dialog box will open.
  3. Click Create my Zap
  4. When the Zap is ready, click the Start building your automation link. A new browser window or tab with a new Zap will open, with the trigger set to your table. You can then set up your actions.

 

Download Data as a CSV File

You can download your table data as a CSV file for offline use or backup:

  1. On the Tables home, click your table's name.
  2. At the bottom of the table, click Download
  3. The CSV file containing your table's content will be downloaded to your computer.

The download will contain all currently displayed records and fields, but it will not include hidden fields or filtered records.

 

Note

Depending on the size of your table, it may take a few seconds for the download to complete.
