Facebook Lead Ads: Facebook page not appearing in Zap editor


When setting up your Zap with Facebook Lead Ads, you do not see your Facebook Page in the Page dropdown menu.



This happens when you have insufficient account permissions associated with your Facebook page and ad account in Facebook Lead Ads.


How to fix it

To fix this issue:

  1. Upgrade your Facebook Lead Ads account permissions.
  2. Reconnect your Facebook Lead Ads account in Zapier.
  3. In your Zap, re-select your form from the dropdown menu.
  4. In your Zap, test your Facebook Leads Ads trigger step to confirm that Facebook Lead Ads is sending valid data from your form.
  5. (Optional) Transfer existing leads using a one-time transfer.
