App updates: Discord, Shopify, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Google Ads, Google Workspace Admin, and more

Discord update

We’ve added new functionality to help you manage your Discord channels and messages: 

  • Role Assigned to User trigger.
  • Send Direct Message to User action.
  • The Send Channel Message action now supports sending messages to announcement channels.

Shopify update

We’ve added new functionality to help you manage your Shopify store:

  • With the new Customer Account Enabled trigger, you can now monitor when customer accounts are enabled. 
  • You can also create actions for Shopify using API Requests or App Extensions

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM update

We’ve added new actions to help you manage your customer relationships and automate marketing campaigns:

  • Find Campaign 
  • Create Campaign Response 

On top of that, we’ve updated our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM app to use the latest API version.

Google Ads update

To help you track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions for your campaigns, we’ve added the Create report action to Google Ads app.

The report will automatically create a report to provide insights into metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), cost per click (CPC), and conversation rates.

Google Workspace Admin update

We’ve added a bunch of functionality to help you streamline user management:

  • New User trigger
  • Assign Role to User action
  • Remove Role from User action
  • Update User action

Microsoft Outlook update

We’ve fixed a bug that a few customers were experiencing with the New Event, and Updated Event triggers were seeing different Event IDs for the same event

As a result, we’ve updated the Updated Calendar Event trigger to return the correct Event ID value to match the New Event trigger.

Microsoft SharePoint update

We’ve improved the Create List Item action to support formatted columns. This means your team members can create Zaps to add list items that follow the specified format in Microsoft SharePoint. For example, if a column is formatted to only accept dates, Zapier will only allow users to add a date value to that column.

Microsoft Azure Active Directory update

We’ve added two new actions to help you manage users of your Microsoft Azure Active Directory:

  • Update User
  • Delete User
