Change the name or subdomain

You can edit the Name and Subdomain fields to change how your form project appears in a web browser. The name appears in the browser tab or window. The subdomain is the part of the URL that comes before .zapier.app, such as example.zapier.app, and appears in the browser's address bar.

  1. In the left sidebar of your form project, click the Settings icon to expand the sidebar.
  2. In the Name field, enter a new name.
  3. In the Subdomain field, enter a new subdomain.
  4. Click Save changes.
Note
  • Names can only contain letters, numbers, hyphens, and spaces.
  • Subdomains can only contain letters, numbers, and single hyphens.
  • Zapier may change or refuse certain subdomain names that violate the Acceptable Use Policy or where the name might cause customer or user confusion.
Tip

If you're on the Zapier Teams or Enterprise plan, you can also use a custom domain.

Change the home page

By default, the home page is the first page you create in your form project. To change which page visitors see when they first go to your form project:

  1. Click the Settings icon in the left sidebar to expand it.
  2. Click the Home page dropdown menu.
  3. Select a page.
  4. Click Save changes.
