How to get started with Dropbox Sign on Zapier

Dropbox Sign and Zapier connect to automate your e-signature workflows. You can trigger actions when signature requests are sent, signed, viewed, or declined.

Prerequisites

To use the Dropbox Sign app on Zapier, you must have:

Connect Dropbox Sign to Zapier

To create an app connection to Dropbox Sign on Zapier:

  1. Go to the Apps page.
  2. Click + Add connection.
  3. A new dialog box will appear. Search for and select Dropbox Sign.
  4. Click Add connection.
  5. A new browser tab or window will open.
  6. Enter your Dropbox Sign username and password to authenticate.

Your Dropbox Sign account is now successfully connected to Zapier.

Limitations

  • Custom fields in Zapier have character limits that can cause "bad request" errors.
  • When using Send Signature Request From Template, the Signing Redirect URL field must include https:// in the URL.
