When an app is updated, Zapier will attempt to automatically update your Zaps to the latest version. When Zapier isn’t able to update your Zaps, previous versions of the app become either legacy or deprecated versions.
If you're using a legacy version, you do not need to update to the latest version. But the legacy version will lose support over time, so Zapier recommends that you update. Legacy versions show a “legacy” tag.
If you're using a deprecated version, you must update to the latest version. Deprecated versions have a specific end-of-life date and will not work after that date. Any Zaps using deprecated versions will turn off on that date. Zapier will notify you by email whenever a version is deprecated.
