Can't log in to your Zapier account

If you can't log into Zapier, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

 

Your password might be incorrect

You can reset your account password here.

 

Your username/email address might be incorrect

Go to Forgot Password page and try entering different email addresses. You'll receive an email from Zapier when you choose an email address that has a valid Zapier account.

 

Your two-factor authentication code is not working

You can use one of your backup codes instead.

If you still can't log in to Zapier, contact support.
