Fix "An error occurred. Please retry." error in Transfer
If you see the message "An error occurred. Please retry. We were not able to retrieve data", it's likely because there were no records available to transfer in the source app. Check that the source app has records to send by reselecting the data source.
1. Reselect your data source
In the Setup SOURCE APP section, reselect your data source.
Click Next. If there is data, your transfer will continue to the destination app connection step.
If you still can’t retrieve data, go to your source app and check if there are any records.
