Billing for Zapier for Companies accounts

Zapier for Companies accounts are billed monthly or annually. Pricing for your Company account varies based on the specific Company plan you have. Learn more about Zapier's plans and pricing.

Usage-based pricing

Usage-based pricing accounts for any usage outside of the limits of the plan you selected. This is available for customers on:

  • Professional 2M tasks plan or higher, 
  • Team or Company 200K tasks plans or higher

This feature is automatically enabled when your task usage exceeds your task tier plan.

Extra tasks used under usage-based pricing are charged at the end of each month, for both yearly and monthly plans.
