Connecting with NGP VAN
When you create a NGP VAN Zap, you'll be asked to enter your NGP VAN API key.
To locate your API Key in your NGP VAN account, please follow these steps:
- Request an API key to use for your Zapier connection. Search the Sidebar for the API Integrations page.
If this option does not appear for you, your profile may not have permission to request API keys. Speak to your organization’s administrator about your request. - Once you’ve successfully opened the API Integrations page, you can Request an API Key from your organization’s administrator.
- Select Zapier from the Integration dropdown menu.
- When your organization's administrator approves your key request, return to the API Integrations page to generate the key for your Zapier integration. You will only see the Key when you generate it. Record it securely. Also make note of the App Name, which appears next to your key listing.
Paste your key back into your Zapier account, then click Yes, continue.
If all steps were successful, your NGP VAN account will be connected.
