Discounts for Zapier plans

Zapier offers discounts for users on annual billing plans and non-profits.

Annual billing discounts

When you select and prepay for an annual plan, you automatically receive a discount in comparison to the monthly plan. Your account will not be charged again until 12 months later.

Non-profit discounts

Zapier gladly offers non-profits a 15% discount on any paid plan (excluding any pay-per-task charges). Learn more about Zapier for non-profits.

Documentation required for the non-profit discount

To apply for the non-profit discount, you must provide documentation that verifies your organization's charitable status in your country. Required documentation varies by country.

How to apply

1. Gather the required documentation for your country.
2. Go to Zapier for non-profits and click Apply for discount.
3. Complete the application and upload a copy of your charitable status verification.
4. Zapier will review your application and apply the 15% discount to your account once approved. The discount automatically applies at checkout and appears on your invoices.

Request tax exemption

You may be eligible to remove sales tax or VAT from your charges based on your organization's tax-exempt status. You must add your Tax ID in Billing settings and submit the appropriate exemption forms. Learn how to request tax exemption for your account.
