Tips for formatting Discord messages

You can format Discord messages in Zapier to add user mentions and notifications.

Mentions and notifications

• User mentions: type an open angle bracket, the at symbol (@), the user’s user ID, and a closing angle bracket.

• Role mentions: type an open angle bracket, the at symbol (@), the ampersand symbol (&), the Discord role ID, and a closing angle bracket.
  <@&0987654321>
• Everyone notification: type the at symbol (@), then type “everyone”.
  @everyone
• Here notification: type the at symbol (@), then type “here”.
