Are custom fields in Appzi supported when I use Appzi with Zapier?

Yes, Appzi supports custom fields.

We send "feedback form responses" to Zapier.

If the form has "required" fields they appear in the integration as a "custom field", if such fields are deleted or marked as optional (its possible to do so after integrating with Zapier) they would disappear.

Does Appzi use real trigger samples from my Appzi account?

No, Appzi does not provide real trigger samples from your Appzi account. Only generic samples are provided.

What kind of Appzi hosted account can I use with Zapier?

Appzi's Zapier integration supports cloud-hosted accounts only.

Connecting with Appzi

When you create a Appzi Zap, you'll be asked to enter your Appzi API key.

To locate your API Key in your Appzi account, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Appzi portal.
  2. Open widget's context menu and select "Connect".
  3. After landing on Connect page locate Zapier and click "Manage Zaps".
  4. Click on the access token to copy it to clipboard

Paste your key back into your Zapier account and then “Continue.”

If all steps were successful, your Appzi account will be connected.
