To assign an editing right for Personio Marketplace, go to Settings > ORGANIZATION AND PEOPLE > Employee roles > Access rights > Account configuration > Marketplace Integration within Personio.

Connecting with Personio

When you create a Personio Zap, you'll be asked to enter your Personio API key.

Personio API Key

To locate your API Key in your Personio account, please follow these steps:

To generate new API credentials for the Zapier integration in Personio
1) Log into your Personio Account (with Admin rights)
2) Go to Settings >
3) Click on API credentials under the INTEGRATIONS section
4) Click on "Generate New Credentials"
5) Select "Zapier" from the drop-down menu
6) Select Read & Write for all Endpoints (Employee, Absence, Attendance)
7) Select all attributes
8) Click "generate new Credential"
9) Copy the generate API key to your clipboard

Paste your key back into your Zapier account and then “Continue.”

If all steps were successful, your Personio account will be connected.
