You need to be a Waitwhile owner or admin to connect Waitwhile to Zapier.
Owners automatically have access to all locations within an account. Admins cannot use the Zapier integration to get information or make changes to locations on the account that they have not been assigned to.
Are there any API token limits in Waitwhile when I use Waitwhile with Zapier?
No, there are no token limits when using Waitwhile with Zapier.
Are there any webhook subscription limits in Waitwhile when I use Waitwhile with Zapier?
Waitwhile let's you use up to 5 webhooks per location and 5 account wide webhooks with Zapier.
Are custom fields in Waitwhile supported when I use Waitwhile with Zapier?
Yes, Waitwhile supports custom fields. Custom fields are identified by a unique ID and/or field name/label.

What kind of Waitwhile hosted account can I use with Zapier?
Waitwhile's Zapier integration supports cloud-hosted accounts only.
Connecting with Waitwhile
When you create a Waitwhile Zap, you'll be asked to enter your Waitwhile API key.
To locate your API Key in your Waitwhile account, please follow these steps:
- Log into Waitwhile (https://app.waitwhile.com/login)/
- Click on your user avatar in the bottom left corner of the platform.
- From the menu that appears, click Account Settings.
- From the Account Settings menu, click Integrations.
- Within the top API section, click the Create API Key button.
- Highlight the API key to copy it.
Paste your key back into your Zapier account and then “Continue.”
If all steps were successful, your Waitwhile account will be connected.
