Bitrix24 CRM and Zapier connect to automate your sales workflow. You can trigger actions when new deals or contacts are added and create leads, companies, or tasks.
Prerequisites
To use the Bitrix24 CRM app on Zapier, you must have:
- A trial or paid Bitrix24 CRM plan.
- The Zapier for CRM app installed from the Bitrix24 Market (must be installed by an admin before connecting).
Connect Bitrix24 CRM to Zapier
To create an app connection to Bitrix24 CRM on Zapier:
- Go to the Apps page.
- Click + Add connection.
- A new dialog box will appear. Search for and select Bitrix24 CRM.
- Click Add connection.
- A Connect an Account page will open in a browser tab or window.
- In the Bitrix24 URL field, enter your Bitrix24 portal address.
- Click Yes, Continue to Bitrix24 CRM.
Your Bitrix24 CRM account is now successfully connected to Zapier.

Limitations

API request intensity limits apply.
- 2 requests per second for most plans, 5 requests per second for Enterprise plans, with blocking after 50 requests (250 for Enterprise).
- Resource consumption limits: if total execution time exceeds 480 seconds within a 10-minute period, specific methods are blocked for all applications and webhooks.
- Integration apps require the web version of Bitrix24 and are not compatible with desktop and mobile versions.
