You need to be a Kustomer Org owner to connect Kustomer to Zapier. Additionally, you need to be an admin to install the Zapier app on your Kustomer account.
Connecting with Kustomer
NoteBefore creating a Zap, you need the Zapier app installed on your Kustomer account.
When you create a Kustomer Zap, you'll be asked to log in to your Kustomer account (unless you are already logged in).
If all steps were successful, your Kustomer account will be connected.
