How to get started with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM on Zapier

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Zapier connect to automate your sales work. You can trigger actions when new leads, contacts, or accounts are created and create or update CRM records.

Prerequisites

To use the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM app on Zapier, you must have:

Connect Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to Zapier

To create an app connection to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM on Zapier:

  • Go to the Apps page.
  • Click + Add connection.
  • A new dialog box will appear. Search for and select Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Click Add connection.
  • A new browser tab or window will open.
  • Log into Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to authenticate.
  • Grant Zapier permission to access your account if prompted to.

Your Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM account is now successfully connected to Zapier.
