How to get started with Amazon Seller Central on Zapier

Prerequisites

To use the Amazon Seller Central app on Zapier, you must have:

  • An active Amazon Seller Central account with a Professional selling plan.
  • Your Amazon Seller Central account must be in the North American region (US, Canada, or Mexico).
  • A paid Zapier plan. Amazon Seller Central is a premium app on Zapier.

This integration only works for sellers in the North American region. If you're outside of the North American region, you cannot connect. Contact Amazon's Marketplace service team to register your interest in adding additional regions.

Connect Amazon Seller Central to Zapier

Amazon Seller Central uses OAuth to authenticate your account on Zapier.

To create an app connection to Amazon Seller Central on Zapier:

  1. Go to the Apps page.
  2. Click + Add connection.
  3. A new dialog box will appear. Search for and select Amazon Seller Central.
  4. Click Add connection.
  5. A new browser tab or window will open.
  6. Log in to your Amazon Seller Central account.
  7. Grant Zapier permission to access your account when prompted.

Your Amazon Seller Central account is now successfully connected to Zapier.

  • Order Status Changed - Triggers when an order's status changes in Amazon Seller Central. This is a polling trigger.

  • No search actions are available for Amazon Seller Central.
Actions
  • API Request (Beta) - This is an advanced action that makes a raw HTTP request with Amazon Seller Central authentication.

Limitations

  • This integration only supports sellers in the North American region (US, Canada, Mexico).
  • Due to Amazon API restrictions, personal identification information (PII) such as email addresses, street addresses, and phone numbers cannot be accessed.
  • Amazon Seller Central has usage limits and rate limits. Exceeding these limits may cause errors.
  • Triggers use polling, so there may be a delay between when an event occurs and when your Zap runs.
  • Custom fields are not supported.
