  • New or Updated Club Activity - Triggers when any member of your selected club posts or updates an activity. NOTE: This trigger only checks for new activities every 15 minutes. (Polling)

  • API Request (Beta) - This is an advanced action which makes a raw HTTP request that includes this integration's authentication.

Limitations

  • API rate Limits apply. Strava has strict rate limits with a default of 200 requests every 15 minutes and 2,000 requests per day for overall usage, plus separate "non-upload" limits of 100 requests every 15 minutes and 1,000 requests per day.
  • When using exported Strava's data:
    • If the activity is record on a Garmin device, you must follow Garmin's Developer API brand guidance.
    • Identify the data source by checking the "Device Name" output field in Strava's activity output on Zapier.
