How to Get Started with Google Forms on Zapier

When you start creating a Google Forms Zap, you will be asked to connect your Google Forms account.

You’ll now be asked to log into your Google Forms account (unless you are already logged in).

Select an account, then click Allow to grant permission.

If all steps were successful your Google Forms account will now be successfully connected.

Note

There are two versions of the Google Forms app. The legacy version of the Google Forms app is only available to existing users of the legacy app. All other users will use the current version of the app.
