About the Odoo CRM Integration
- Admin/owner permissions: Only works with instances that are hosted at odoo.com and will not work for self-hosted instances. For self-hosted instances, use the OpenERP integration.
Setting up the Odoo CRM Integration
When you start creating an Odoo CRM Zap, you will be asked to connect your Odoo CRM account.
When you click connect, you will then be asked to enter your Odoo CRM username and password.
If those steps were correct, you'll get sent back to your Zap where you will now have your Odoo CRM account successfully connected!
